column name choice OR documentation

we sort of talked about this, but I think maybe we were talking about different things. for public consumption, we either need to allow the user to designate column name of focus (ie.., say "here's the column where journal names are") in journal_disambig, OR make the documentation clearer about what the right column needs to be renamed to. I have a slight preference towards allowing column designation to avoid having to rename column unnecessarily, but I'm ok with your preference. probably similar feature or documentation necessary in for other citationClassify functions as well.
