Enhancement Request

Hello,

Can gffread provide a "Complete" or some other indication like "Number of records parsed" after it completes execution on a gff3/gtf file? I am proposing to include this, because sometimes an incomplete file is produced if the program exits without a warning for some reason. Having an indication that the input file was processed completely will help troubleshoot errors.
