As it is written in the title, I noticed the presence of some genes and transcripts with biotype "artifact" in the GTF file of a StringTie3-assembled transcriptome. Could you provide more details on these genes and transcripts? In particular, why was the biotype "artifact" assigned to them? Thank you very much!
