Add option to exclude directories

I would like to exclude some directories from checking,like test / vendor etc, any guide how can I do it ?

This will depend almost entirely on the check(s) you're running, and some of them actually refuse to let you exclude anything (looking at you, lint). That said, adding an input to control this setting for the checks that do support excludes should be possible, if a bit involved. I'll see what I can throw together and submit a PR, for anyone still interested in this feature over a year later. (I already checked all the forks to see if someone else has this, but alas, they don't yet.)
