'NoneType' object has no attribute 'name'

Running the example in gaap.py returns the error:

@farmnick could you provide a traceback and environment information on this issue since I cannot reproduce?

I've just encountered this parsing https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1739614/000173961421000093/inhibrx-20210903.xsd

So I think the root cause is probably accidentally parsing a non-XBRL document as XBRL, and this probably just need cleaner error handling.
