Check out this UI for KeeWeb. It needs to store a .kdbx file. It lets you sync it to a cloud storage of your choice. The file is password-protected, making it safer to store.

I think Amber should let you save and load keys to WebDAV and Google Drive. The user would password-encrypt their keys (perhaps with NIP-49) and then have to enter the password when downloading.
This is a good balance between security and convenience. Most likely, it's not an issue for Google to store your encrypted keys, and it will improve accessibility greatly. WebDAV would be nice-to-have to give people a more freedom-friendly option.
