Hi,

linking a numerical subdomain without protocol seems to be broken, tested on latest version in http://greg-jacobs.com/Autolinker.js/examples/live-example/

link: 123.example.com
output: 123.example.comexample.comexample.com

the host is appended multiple times. Linking works fine with protocol - https://123.example.com is correctly linked.
