<clear> undoes wrong syllablefinalskip #1725

Description

@davidweichiang

In \gre@clearsyllable, there is a line that undoes syllablefinalskip, but it's the syllablefinalskip after the second (cleared) syllable when (I think) it should be the first.

This can make the cleared syllable appear too far to the left or right. In the example below, "b" is the cleared syllable:

\gresetinitiallines{0}
\gabcsnippet{a(gg)<clear>b(g) c(g)}
\verb|\grechangedim{interwordspacenotes}{1in}{scalable}|
\grechangedim{interwordspacenotes}{1in}{scalable}
\gabcsnippet{a(gg)<clear>b(g) c(g)}
