Feature Req: Add Polling Interval / Option

Currently the client only queries the server on start. Users may not want to open the port on Cert Warden client. Adding a polling interval would allow such a configuration.

Hey @gregtwallace ! Was poking around this issue again, and it appears that Dimariqe made a fork that implements this feature. I have tested it out in my environment, adding in the polling interval env variable to my config, and it is working as expected. Perhaps you could look it over and merge their contributions back in.
