is IGVnav still maintained?

Hi ! I thought maybe this would be the best forum to inquire if IGVNav is still maintained at all? Our group would like to use it but have run into some issues and the Github seems like it's no longer maintained. Not sure if updated versions are available or if another tool would be recommended at this point. Thanks!
