Improve display of presentation/immunogenicity data in pVACtools

Improve the bottom panel in pVACtools to display detailed predictions score in the following way:

First tab: %ile Plot - all algorithms combined across categories
Second tab: Binding Plot (previously name "IC50 Plot")
Third tab: Binding Data
Fourth tab: Presentation Data (EL algorithms including MHCflurry EL Processing)
Fifth tab: Immunogenicity Data (immunogenicity algorithms)

Stretch Goal: "Other" tab for MHCflurry EL Processing, NetMHCstabpan, and NetChop

It was also discussed to make the data in the Peptide Candidates from Selected Transcript Set table match the initially selected --top-score-metric2
