Navigation menu not showing when Android phone in portrait mode #45

ghostscroll v0.1.1 on android phone oneplus5
Nav menu showing when in landscape mode but disappears in portrait.
If menu is showing in landscape it will remain when rotating to portrait, scroll to the top to see it disappear (expected behaviour?) and then back down and it will not come back.
