BFS hangs forever

Hi Groute team,

I am trying to run Groute BFS. But it hangs forever.

The bfs I command:

source /home/yuxin420/daisy/docker-mount/groute/dataset/soc-LiveJournal1/soc-LiveJournal1-weighted-1.gr.metadata
./bfs -num_gpus 2 -startwith 2 1 --prio_delta=5000 -graphfile /home/yuxin420/daisy/docker-mount/groute/dataset/soc-LiveJournal1/soc-LiveJournal1-weighted-1.gr

or 
./bfs -num_gpus 2 -startwith 2 1 --prio_delta=$bfs_prio_delta_fused -graphfile /home/yuxin420/daisy/docker-mount/groute/dataset/soc-LiveJournal1/soc-LiveJournal1-weighted-1.gr

The cuda version: 10.2
GCC version: 7.5

GPU Tesla V100

You may need some tweaks for making it works on the Volta arch.

Thanks for reporting @YuxinxinChen and thanks @pwrliang for pointing out the issue! Yes, there are known issues with the older intrinsics we used for the current Groute release.
@pwrliang if you want, could you please make a PR into Groute, so that everyone can run on Volta?
