Changing layout reverts to default 2 columns, equal widths

When creating or editing an ePortfolio we are unable to change the layout. Chaging the layout to, for example, "5 columns" and then hitting "save changes", the layout does not get changed.

We are also same issue, Not able to change layout it is always 2 column. Even you select 1 column or 3 column layout and save it is always 2 column. Which is effecting portfolio export as pdf text overlapping on columns.
