Europass CV export generates outdated XML format not accepted by Europass #58
Description
The Exabis ePortfolio plugin theoretically supports exporting CVs in Europass format. However, in practice the exported file cannot be imported into the official Europass platform.
When attempting to upload the generated file to Europass, an error is displayed stating that the file is in an old / unsupported format. This suggests that the plugin still produces a legacy Europass XML schema, which is no longer accepted by the current Europass system.
As a result, the Europass export feature is effectively unusable, despite being available in the plugin interface.
Expected behavior: Exported CV should comply with the current Europass XML format and be successfully imported into europass.eu.
Actual behavior: Exported file is rejected with a “old format / unsupported format” error.
Additional notes: This may require updating the Europass XML schema used by the plugin or clearly marking the feature as deprecated if maintenance is no longer planned.
