Temperary file creation causes error in Windows #3
Description
In Windows OS, when using \ in the beginning of the address it assumed that the path starts from c:\. However, in recent versions of Windows, the permission of creating a directory in drive c is quite fine-grained that has to be specified by the system admin. (Lots of processes and users do not have this permission.)My recommendation is to create tmp folder in a relative path to the location of the project.
