Support for non-MacOS systems 🙏

Some members of Digital may be running Debian or Kali, and as if we encourage adoption of more of our projects, external collaborators or adopters of those projects may not be using MacOS.

It would be marvellous if dev-nginx worked or had installation guidance for other OSes, as that would improve the dev experience centrally, rather than adding a more involved guide to each project.

Agreed this would be lovely!

I've not tried, but it looks like these instructions should work? It's a bit gross as it requires manual install of mkcert and nginx beforehand.
