Update MAPI to redirect football matches to DCAR #15374
Description
The football matches view in the app is native and relies on MAPI to redirect users to/display the match they select.
We need to update MAPI so that requests coming from this page are redirected to the DCAR version of the liveblog rather than the current legacy template (for liveblog and/or match report) or native implementation (for match info).
There is some native work required to ensure these updates we make to MAPI pull through to the client, which we will discuss with the Apps team on getting their support with on February 18th.
