WinGup does require elevated priviledges without need

Hi
using e.g. notepad++ portable the WinGup is asking for elevated rights - even this shoudnt be required.
Even if only a plugin is tried to install (via plugin manager) it ask for rights elevation.
This isnt working in controlled environments where such rights are not given... but those rights shoudnt be required in a user-folder and portable version.
Can this be fixed?
