Feature name: Relationship ranking and objective algorithm for calculating the
ranking
Description: A pair of friends will have a relationship ranking that will
represent their in-game relations. Algorithm that calculates this rating needs
to be based on the communication degree between this pair.
Requires: adding logic to the server, adding client side support
Due: Milestone 2
Status: untouched
Time Estimation: can take a long time to develop a good algorithm
