feature/wish-list - class wrapping the API as for relay

I have started creating a discord bridge to ComicChat's server.js.

Would you be interested in something like this "Relay API" class for (what I think of as) the main project?

Thanks again for ComicChat, node edition, and especially for your grace in patching up what I've already sent your way.

I would accept a commit bit if at some point that makes continuing to support this more fun for you. While I'm generating a bunch of features/suggestions I could perhaps work in a sep branch? In any case, I'm quite happy working via PR if it's no trouble to you to keep looking at them, and TIA for keeping up with my ideas to the extent you happen to feel like and find the time to do.
