MagIRC isn't compatible with Anope 2.1 or php 8 minimum ?

Hi, is MagIRC no longer compatible with Anope 2.1? I have a Debian 12 server with PHP 8.2, and there are problems with Twig or Slim, but I don't know why. I find it strange that no one is discussing it here.
