New Feature: Translate

Not that much useful but faster than opening a _translate.google.com_ tab. By default, the usage could be:

```
.translate J'aime les raspberry Pies
> [en] I like raspberry Pies
```

We could also force translation language with:

```
.translate fr ru J'aime les raspberry Pies
> [ru] Мне нравится малина пироги
```
