Accessibility Review / Improvements

Here are accessibility ideas and tools mentioned on the Chapter project while it was being developed.

We likely have improvements that could be made to the https://hackgreenville.com site.

I suspect the calendar and event views might be particularly ripe for issues, but the FullCalendar also has accessibility in their docs, so hopefully that's good, or easily tweakable or fixed with upgrades.

Has anyone done a run through with any of the tools linked to get a list of issues, or is that part of this ask?

IMO, doing a full review is a big ask in itself, then spinning up the issues related may be an easier route than attempting all updates via this issue.

We haven't had a review by someone who knows the tools so we're open to analysis and PRs.
