Tasks In Advance
- Send the volunteers who spent money on the event (food, drinks, etc) details about submitting receipts for reimbursement.
- Update Snack Greenville doc with food and drink usage and pricing
- Use name tags to determine actual attendance based on registered, walk-ins, and guests
- Update Meetup attendance (No Show, Walk-ins, Cancelled) and food & drink cost and consumption in the Google Doc
- Update the HG Nights web page with speakers, sponsors, videos, and links
- Pack and store leftover drinks, utensils, sign holders, and such
- Post wrap-up / thank you on Slack using the TEMPLATE-hg-nights-wrap-up-thank-you-post-event template in Google Drive
- Save a copy of the post wrap-up as a PDF and save to Google Drive | HG > Nights > wrap-ups
- Upload event photos to Google Drive | HG > Nights > event-photos
- Clone the GitHub issues templates for HG Nights and apply the "202_ Q_ - HGN" label to each issues
- Clone the GitHub meta 'Sponsorship' issue template for HG Nights and apply the "202_ Q_ - HGN" label to the issue
- Create a new HG Nights project view / tab for the upcoming event by duplicating the previous view and changing and saving the label: filter on that view.
