I would like a public API with the ability for admins to create API keys to access jury. This would allow integrations with other systems :)

There are a LOT of internal endpoints in Jury (see https://jury.mikz.dev/docs/reference/internal-api). We don't want to expose all of them (duh) but the most important ones for interfacing with other systems:

• Add project(s)
• Add judge(s)
• Get projects
• Get judges
• Get project by ID
• Get judge by ID
• Get rankings

Note that we also need to implement a simple API key system, where external apps use API keys to access the public-facing API. This would need a new authentication method (on top of the current admin and judging auth).
