Crate backend capabilities for the dofus map scrapped data


Store the groups / resource markers data in the backend static-data folder and create a models with pydantic to serialize that data.
Those models should expose some high level functions to retried summaries about words.
World detailed infos without the resources markers.
A method to fetch the markers for a given world and a given resource.
