[WEBUI] Create vue component for world map interactive

built from dofus world map gfx where player can chose its paths mapIds.
A capabilities where added to the backend from the data scrapped from the dofus map website.
Should reverse engineer the website js and build from it a nice and modern vue component that shows the interactive dofus map.
