Inconsistent Setup Instructions #1

@AlemSnyder

Description

@AlemSnyder

The setup instructions between the updated README, and the documentation are not the same. The documentation suggest using anaconda and the conda environment. The updated README suggests using pythons builtin environment package.

  • Use python env package
  • I couldn't get git bash to start python. It just hung. All the commands are the same, so maybe try git CMD or just command line.
  • Need to add __FILE__/.. to the path. The conda instructions put nupylab in the local environment path. If we move away from conda then some method is needed to include correct package root path.
  • Would also be nice to mention the git and python version required for older versions of windows. (I think python 3.8, and git 2.46.)
