Client for Windows 9.0.16 - ssl handshake failed the issuer certificate of a locally looked up certificate could not be found

Seafile server installed on PC (NAS) in LAN in docker. In settings in .env file domain name witn .local and protocol is https.
On Laptop i have hosts file for domain name resolving.
Web client works fine, desktop client works too except one thing.
I can sync library, and i can view remote library, that is not synchronized, with builtin Seafile file manager. But when i try to open or save a file i get this error:
ssl handshake failed the issuer certificate of a locally looked up certificate could not be found

I think, that it is a programme issue, please, fix it.

Manual solution is to get and install at system Caddy root CA cert. One can find it there:
/opt/seafile-caddy/pki/authorities/local/root.crt
