Action: Whenever another player is Starting Player, you can pay 1 food at the start of the round and be the first to place a family member. After that, play starts with the Starting Player as usual. (Notes: Once played, begin each turn with dialog box for Specific Player that asks "Do you want to pay starting player 1 food to be the first to place a family member?" Alter family member order to put Specific player 1st)
