svtools classify: KeyError: 'CN' #334

Hello everyone,
I'm currently working with svtools and encountered an issue that I'm hoping someone here might be able to assist me with.
I was following the tutorial on this webpage: https://github.com/hall-lab/svtools/blob/master/Tutorial.md. However, when I used the "classify" function of svtools, I received the following error message: "KeyError: 'CN'".
I'm not sure how to proceed from here, and I was unable to find a solution in the documentation or through online searches. I understand that the first author of the related article is David E Larson, but I'm having trouble finding his contact information.
