Any difference between database samples and query samples when evaluating? #2

I want to know that whether there are any difference between database samples and query samples when evaluating.
Your article only described that use which sequence to evaluate, but don't mention how to split each sequence into query and database.
Could you provide me with the detailed spliting information ? For example the "/root/I2P/I2PRIBEV/rgbway/test_database2_"+str(nnn)+".txt" and the "/root/I2P/I2PRIBEV/rgbway/test_query2_"+str(nnn)+".txt" file.
