remove the export PATH from the permissions lesson? #4
Description
When teaching with intro to RNA-seq (3-day) this (having bcbio in the PATH) conflicts with FASTQC and tools where we module load.
Also in the HPC lecture it conflicts for module load bowtie example
Do we remove this and add it to the alias/bash extra lesson? present export some other way?
