devtools::install_github("heavywatal/rigraphlite") installtion failed

Hi:

Thanks for prividing such an amazing package. I am installing igraphlite package in R by using devtools::install_github("heavywatal/rigraphlite"). But I got some error during it. This is the error information:
Error: (converted from warning) Setting LC_CTYPE failed, using "C"
Execution halted
Error: Failed to install 'igraphlite' from GitHub:
(converted from warning) installation of package '/tmp/RtmpqahJM2/file1c546d852685/igraphlite_0.0.0.9000.tar.gz' had non-zero exit status.

My R version is 3.6.0. And my g++ version is 8. I have no idea where is problem is. Do you know where the issue is?

Thank you for your feedback. But the provided information is not enough for me to see and solve the problem. Can you paste all the output from devtools::install_github("heavywatal/rigraphlite")?

My R version is 3.6.0. And my g++ version is 8.

How about OS? This package has been tested on macOS Mojave, Catalina, Ubuntu 16.04 Xenial, and 18.04 Bionic. Unfortunately I don't have quick access to Windows environment as indicated in #1.
