Hi, Thank you so much for your attention to this project! I am sorry, but the data drop was slowed down because I had a significant medical condition in May and is still struggling to work overall right now. Still, I tried updating new data chunks in past few days. It turned out that the queries are exceeding the 6 hour hard limit set by Google BigQuery probably because of the size of data in each quarter has grown. I believe a workaround would require non-trivial optimization around the queries which I do not have bandwidth to work on in the foreseeable future.

Since the whole work is licensed under Apache 2.0, you are more than welcome to copy the key code and experiment on yourself on the new dataset. A final camera-ready paper (to appear at ICSE 2026) will also appear soon should you need any reference to the algorithm itself.
