Device not getting uplink data after getting join accept. #1271
Description
Hello,
Previously, our Lorawan tracker was sending uplinks regularly. But after June 5th, the device stopped sending an uplink. We reset the device and took it to another location where the uplink started coming as usual. When we brought it back to the original location, the device stopped sending uplink data. Now, the device sends join accept but no uplink comes after this (in the original location). We checked hotspot availability in the helium explorer platform and multiple hotspots are available in the project location.
