Console gets success for integration message but nothing in debug information and broker gets no message

Please describe your issue:
The issue is helium console is getting the data from the device but when the integration to mqtt broker happens, it gets a success message with nothing in response and the broker gets no message related to the incoming data. When the console is getting a success message with a good response, broker is receiving the message without any issue.
The integration to the broker is not happening most of the time in between and there is a data loss which should not be happening.
