Please describe your issue:
My hotspot is shown as OFFLINE in the Helium Web Console (Coverage). In the Helium Wallet app, as well as in the Sensecap cloud app and in the Moken Explorer, the hotspot is displayed as ONLINE. It also receives and sends packets according to Console and collects IOT, but still it shows OFFLINE in the Helium Console. What's the reason for that?
