Bot comments should be deleted when its parent is deleted

Describe the bug

If VimHelpBot's parent comment is deleted, VimHelpBot's comment should self-destruct.

To Reproduce

Write a comment with :help help. Delete the comment after VimHelpBot replies.

Expected behavior

Deleting a user comment should also result in VimHelpBot's comment being removed.

Hmm. I do not know if Praw lets me know when a comment has been deleted or not. There are two ways I can think of -

1. Periodically check if each replied comment is deleted or not. But as the number of replied comments grows this will be troublesome.
2. Show a link on each post which can only be triggered by the author of the comment that will delete the bot's comment.

I'll keep this open in case I find a way or someone can help.
