Neither electron forge example is working on windows

Seeing the same issues as [this issue](https://github.com/herberttn/bytenode-webpack-plugin/issues/18) again.

I'm on a Windows 10 machine. Literally just copying the content in, running npm i and npm run start. Getting the same error as documented in that issue.
