Question about dataset achievement

I am trying to run this project and get the simulation.
In order to run this project, I think the pairs of dataset and the parameters are needed. I downloaded the MPAS-Ocean.
However I cannot find the dataset with the format you have used in this project. Do you have any sample dataset available for training and infererence? or any advice to make an dataset?
