Protocol buffer out of sync with firmware in vendor_comms branch

Hi! I noticed that the faultier_pb2.py is out of sync with the one in the vendor_comms firmware here:
https://github.com/hextreeio/faultier/blob/vendor_comms/proto/faultier_pb2.py

Copying that one over the one in the python tool, and then commenting out line 291 in Faultier.py:
clock_division = clock_division
will bring it back into sync. From my testing it seems to work fine - but I'm new to this codebase...
