Build pybind11 from the source code and make install will solve this problem.

I also met the same problem.
I installed the pybind11 using the pip install pybind11.
Can you explain how to build detail??

I solved it using conda install

conda install pybind11 -c conda-forge

@taeyeop-lee Can you please tell me how and which opencv3 did you install? Did you install it via pip or did you directly compiled it? Also which release version of opencv3? I am currently having this issue and I can't figure what's that problem.

Also, I am working on this project that you are working on FFB6D, and I would appreicate it if you can help me in running it successfully. Do you think you can help out? Thanks. :)

Install pybind11 with pip install "pybind11[global]"
This works for me.

I installed opencv from scratch 3.4 and installed pybind11 via pip

also the installation with normalspeed seems to be successful

However when running training for FFB6D I get an error saying no module named normalspeed

  File "C:\Users\Admin\Documents\GitHub\FFB6D\ffb6d\utils\basic_utils.py", line 10, in <module>
    import normalSpeed
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'normalSpeed'

could it be a problem with the virtual env that normalspeed is linked to the generall python installed on the pc but not to the env??
