Big changes to the working of CALEngine. In the past, obscure design decisions were made for very small performance improvements. On hindsight, these decisions have made it harder to work with CALEngine. On achieving this milestone, we should be able to: - Use disk / memory / hybrid storage for feature vectors - Easily add new storage options (eg. streaming) - Easily add new feature generators - Test on ClueWeb
