Add the ability to rename the data table

Add a text input box that gives the user the ability to name the data table.   Currently the data table is just named something like "interpolated values" if pulling interpolated values.   The add in/extension should be able to take the text from the text entry box and rename the data table whatever that name is.   This renaming then also needs to function in the jmp live auto refresh script.
