Add a box to choose whether svalue and status columns are transferred to the table

Currently the script returns columns for the value, svalue, and status. Please create a selection block that allows the user to choose to not return each of these as desired. For example, it will be pretty common that the user is only interested in the value but not the svalue and the status.

Would this need to be an option per tag or would those be separate data pulls? Maybe there is a button to set the 'default' which really fills in a column in the embedded-tag-list table suggested in a comment in #17, and then the user could change any other rows.
