Consider adding start/end-with-bike to routing

Many people, specially commuters, get to public transport with bike, or have their bikes at the other end of the route. It would be useful to have this feature as part of the routing algorithm of Kamal. In the simplest scenario it should be possible to choose something rather than walking to get to the bus or train station and also from the last stop to the final destination.
