Need catch statements to fail gracefully

Command line needs way more checks to help out user
1.) If formatting of input is incorrect, need to catch and tell user correct input to use
2.) Gracefully check the path to multiwfn
3.) Link to the correct tutorial in the prompt that appears when the pyEF insignia is shown at beginning of calculation
4.) ESP currently not working reliability in CLI
5.) Prompt user to use only the partial charges which are comptable with the multipole expansion they are choosing to use (i.e. if they are trying to do cm5 with multipoles this not possible)
6.) prompt user to add paths if pointcharge file is set to true (and then accept the user inputs?)
