Generate DeviceTree won't add TWIM30

Hi,

it seem's as if UART30 is always activated and used for zephyr,console and zephyr,shell-uart within xx_nrf54l15_cpuflpr.dts.
If you try to configure TWIM/TWIS30 or SPIM/SPIS30 they aren't added to the device tree if you generate it.

To reproduce it I've added a small config file.
